At NVRMND Hoodies, we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and claims for issues with products purchased through our website.

Return Policy for NVRMND Hoodies

  • Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

    • If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Packages Lost in Transit

    • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be resolved at our expense.

  • Submitting a Claim

    • If you encounter an issue with your order, please submit a problem report through [Insert Contact Method or Link]. Ensure you include:

      • Order number

      • Description of the issue

      • Photos (if applicable)

  • Return Address and Notifications

    • The return address is set to our production partner’s facility by default. When a returned shipment is received, an automated notification will be sent to you.

    • Unclaimed Returns: If a returned shipment remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

    • If you choose not to use our production partner’s return address, you will be responsible for handling returned shipments.

  • Return Scenarios

    • Wrong Address
      • If you or your customer provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our production partner’s facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming an updated address.

    • Unclaimed Shipments
      • Shipments that are unclaimed by customers will be returned to our production partner’s facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility.

    • Customer-Initiated Returns
      • Customers are advised to contact us before returning any products. Please note:

      • Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

      • Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are not supported. If you wish to accommodate size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

  • Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds:

    • Personalized Products: Items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

    • Sealed Goods: Items unsealed after delivery, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • EU Consumer Notification

    • In compliance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights:

    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in accordance with this directive.
